Inspired by a love for Chinese cuisine, this sauce has a citrusy and earthy flavor from the ginger, a nice level of spice from the habanero peppers, and a unique numbing quality from the awesomely weird szechuan peppercorns. Slather this shit on general tsos, sesame chicken, fried rice, or any other of your favorite Chinese dishes. 

This sauce is made with habanero peppers, ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, bell peppers, szechuan peppercorns, sesame oil, onions, carrots, salt, and other spices.
